(OOC) General Upkeep Post

* Planning to convert one of the rooms to a lab/workspace unless it's claimed, probably Room 2. (He won't mind if someone wants to live there, though! He'll just set up in a corner of the common room.)
Current Inventory:
* Sigiled inkstone
* Scrivener's brush (capped)
* Two sticks of ink (one partly used)
* A decent amount of high-quality paper
* Spare writing implements
Current Quests/Projects
* Something to sleep on
* Regular water
* Furniture?
